    Question

“Hi Vanessa, thank you so much for your podcast! After eight months of trying to conceive I finally got a positive pregnancy test! The first thing I did was call my doctor and they will not even see me until I am 8 weeks, which isn’t for almost another month. I am worried about waiting that long for an appointment. I don’t have any symptoms of pregnancy and I am worried something is wrong. Is it normal for doctors to make you wait that long? What should I be doing now that I know I am pregnant? How do I know everything is okay with the baby?” – Kim
