Question

“I have been listening to your podcast since I was about 15 weeks pregnant. I listened to all of the episodes and I am excited for more to come out. Anyway, the other night I was around my nephews and they just got over the flu. I didn’t know this until after the fact I was handling them. It got me thinking about visitors after the birth of our baby. It makes me nervous having children around our baby when our baby is so new and so vulnerable to illness. What suggestions can you offer for gently telling our loved ones we would rather not have the children around? Do you have any research that offers support if we do have children visiting? Thanks so much!” – Elena
