It can be exciting to feel your baby move. For many moms, this is a nice reassurance that there is, in fact, a baby in your belly. Your baby starts making spontaneous movements early on, but your little one is so small that you do not feel them. As your baby’s nervous systems continue to mature, the neurons between the muscles and the brain connect, which gives your little one control over their movements.
