Question
“Hi Vanessa. I am 34 weeks pregnant and I cannot wait to meet my baby boy. Thanks to your podcast I feel totally prepared for birth but I’m freaked out about breastfeeding. I have never been around anyone who breastfed and the thought of nursing a baby seems so strange. I feel terrible because I really want to give my baby boy breastmilk and I want to breastfeed, but the thought of it kind of grosses me out. I have read so many stories online about women who can’t make enough milk or are in pain because their nipples hurt and I don’t want that to happen to me. Do you have any advice?” – Sarah
